Patrons are an integral part of the Midlothian Village Day Festival. Support from local businesses enables MJWC to sponsor the Festival each year. Patron organizations donate money to help offset the operating costs of the Festival. The Patron agreement can be downloaded here and submited electronically to Mandy Curto via email at patrons-at-midlothianfestival-dot-net. There are several different levels of Patron sponsorship available:
Platinum Patron - $500
- Logo and link to your corporate website from the midlothianfestival.net home page
- Sign on Festival grounds acknowledging sponsorship (MJWC provides standard signs)
- 4 DJ announcements at Festival regarding sponsorship
- Inclusion in publicity flyers
- Booth to advertise firm or products
Gold Patron - $300
- Sign on Festival grounds acknowledging sponsorship (MJWC provides standard signs)
- 2 DJ announcements at Festival regarding sponsorship
- Inclusion in publicity flyers
- Booth to advertise firm or products
Silver Patron - $200
- Sign on Festival grounds acknowledging sponsorship (MJWC provides standard signs)
- 1 DJ announcement at Festival regarding sponsorship
- Inclusion in publicity flyers
- Booth to advertise firm or products
Bronze Patron - $100
- Inclusion in publicity flyers
- Booth to advertise firm or products
Payment of Patron fees:
Patron fees may be remitted by check or money order. To make your payment via check or money order, please make your check out to MJWC and mail it to:

We also seek donations to the MJWC - sponsored Silent Auction to benefit the Mylicia Markham Leadership Scholarship. This Silent Auction is held at the MJWC Ticket Booth at the Festival. If you are interested in making a donation to the Silent Auction, please fill out the form below. If your company is donating goods, we will contact you to arrange to pick up the item(s). Donations of gift certificates, services, etc. may be mailed to:
