You are cordially invited to participate in the 2009 28th Annual Midlothian Village Day Festival & Craft Fair. The Festival will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2009. Applications for crafter spaces are available for download here. For more information, contact Betsy Burnette at crafters@midlothianfestival.net. Thank you for your interest!

  • All assignments are on a first-come, first-served basis. We only accept a limited number of crafters selling similar items (for example, we will only accept a few jewelry crafters). After we have reached our limit, we will no longer accept applications for those types of items.
  • When filling out your application, PLEASE BE SPECIFIC when describing the items you wish to sell. A GOOD description might look like this: I will be selling hand-knitted hats, scarves, and mittens, Cookie Lee Jewelry, handmade jewelry, and homemade baked goods. A BAD or insufficient description might look like this: I will be selling jewelry and hats. Thank you in advance for helping us ensure that there is a wide variety of items for sale at the Festival!
  • Both assignments and Festival Day instructions for arrival and set up will be emailed to all participants in early October 2009.

In order to make the Festival a success for each crafter, we limit the number of crafters selling like items. At this time we are no longer accepting applications for:

Silpada Jewelry

Miche Bags

Creative Memories

Thirty-One Gifts

Pampered Chef

Any Jewelry Vendors

Booth fees are due at time of application.  No applications are considered complete unless payment is received.
