You are cordially invited to participate in the 2010 29th Annual Midlothian Village Day Festival & Craft Fair. The Festival will be held on Saturday, October 16, 2010. Applications for crafter spaces are available for download here. For more information, contact Betsy Burnette at craftersatmidlothianfestival.net. Thank you for your interest!

  • All assignments are on a first-come, first-served basis. We only accept a limited number of crafters selling similar items (for example, we will only accept a few jewelry crafters). After we have reached our limit, we will no longer accept applications for those types of items.

  • When filling out your application, PLEASE BE SPECIFIC when describing the items you wish to sell. A GOOD description might look like this: I will be selling hand-knitted hats, scarves, and mittens, Cookie Lee Jewelry, handmade jewelry, and homemade baked goods. A BAD or insufficient description might look like this: I will be selling jewelry and hats. Thank you in advance for helping us ensure that there is a wide variety of items for sale at the Festival!

  • Both assignments and Festival Day instructions for arrival and set up will be emailed to all participants in early October 2010.

  • We are no longer accepting applications for the following types of crafters:
    • Creative Memories
    • Thirty-One Gifts
    • Silpada Jewelry
    • Tastefully Simple
    • Pampered Chef
    • Jewelry (Sorry, but we have maxed out the number of Jewelry booths available.)

Booth fees are due at time of application.
No applications are considered complete unless payment is received.
